Appointment Policies

The Rose Social Club uses a wonderful online booking system that will require you to fill out some information before securing an appointment. The following Club policies are to ensure all parties are treated with the upmost respect

Cancellation:

50% of cost of the service missed will be charged in the event of a cancellation on the same day of your service. Additionally, we will be happy to rebook your appointment, at no extra cost, within the following two weeks of cancelled appointment.

We understand that life can be crazy at times, and will never be upset for missing appointments. However, please consider that these appointments are sought after by other individuals, therefor double the business is lost for missed appointments.

Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

No Show:

While we hope that this is never the case, in the event of a missed appointment without any attempt to call or cancel on the day of your appointment. The Rose Social Club reserves the right to charge the total cost of your missed service. Additionally, The Rose Social Club may not permit any future bookings.

On a case by case basis only - the charge may be used as a pre-payment for a rescheduled appointment within one week of the missed appointment.

Lateness:

In the event that you are running more than 15 minutes late, a notification must be made via phone call. The Rose Social Club reserves the right to move your appointment to another day.

If you can still be seen that day, there may be a possibility that a lesser service may be required due to the lack of time to perform original service.
